This was my first attempt of a front cover. I wanted to keep the side collum white to link in with the mast head but after I attempted this I noticed it looked very blank and as if something was missing.
I added in a green background to the white coll um. It made the colour of the coll um green to link in with the trees in the background to keep up with the Autumn theme.
I then added a banner at the bottom to break up the image colour. This banner included the other artists in the magazine.
I like the forest theme, Samantha. It's original and you evoke the bleak beauty of autumn successfully in all your images. You've also used the colour scheme to reflect this.
