This was my first attempt of a contence page. I found i had the same problem of a lot of white space.
I decided to fill some of the white space with a title which included my magazine name and including information about the people who helped produce the magazine if it was actualy published.
I still felt there was a lot of white space so I put a black box around the names to link in with the banner and puff at the bottom
I love yout contents page. I think it's very modern and simplistic.

The colour scheme you have used is constant throughtout and matches the colours in the pictures which make your magazine affective.
